We are looking for Network Operations Engineers to join an international managed services environment, supporting global network services for financial services customers.
The role is focused on network support, troubleshooting, configuration, change execution and service stability across SD-WAN, WAN, LAN/WLAN, VPN/SASE, routing, switching, firewalls and load-balancing environments.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot customer network environments.
- Work across routing, switching, wireless, VPN/SASE, firewalls and load balancing.
- Manage incidents, requests and changes through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Use monitoring and telemetry tools to track network performance and availability
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and carriers to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain clear technical documentation and audit-ready records
- Support continuous improvement, automation and service optimisation initiatives
- For senior levels, provide technical guidance, complex troubleshooting and architectural input

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in network operations, network engineering or infrastructure support.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, routing/switching, VLANs, BGP/OSPF, VPNs, DNS/DHCP/IPAM
- Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, load balancing or data centre networking is highly valuable
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Infoblox, Zabbix, Grafana or similar tools
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Good documentation and communication skill
- Fluent English, as the role involves communication with UK-based teams, stakeholders and customers.

Conditions
- L2: up to €33.6k
- L3: up to €50k
- L4: up to €68k
- 37.5 hours per week
- Mainly standard business hours
- On-call rota when required
- Occasional planned weekend coverage for continuity, resilience or disaster recovery activities
