What you'll be doing

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality digital solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with developers, designers, project teams and clients to turn complex requirements into scalable, high-performing websites and eCommerce platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical delivery of WordPress and WooCommerce projects
• Scoping solutions and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing custom WordPress functionality and integrations
• Mentoring and supporting other developers within the team
• Championing development best practices and code quality
• Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results
• Contributing to internal products, innovation and continuous improvement

You'll bring

• 5+ years' commercial experience developing WordPress websites
• Strong experience with WooCommerce
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, JavaScript (ES6), React, HTML and CSS
• Experience building custom Gutenberg blocks and API integrations
• Previous agency experience or experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients
• A genuine passion for modern WordPress development and emerging technologies

Experience with Laravel, CI/CD, Elasticsearch, PWAs or other modern frameworks would be a real advantage.
