We are partnering with a leading global FinTech company in Dubai to help them hire a Lead Visual Designer for their expanding design team. This company has recently made several key hires and is making significant investments in its design capabilities—making now an ideal time to join. Originally rooted in traditional financial services, the company has successfully evolved into modern financial solutions, including Web3, providing a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology.

This role is an Individual Contributor (IC) position focused on designing high-converting websites that maximise product sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web design, and ideally, familiarity with Webflow.

Key Experience & Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in visual design
• Proven experience with Webflow
• Expertise in designing for performance optimization (e.g., speed, conversion rates, UX/UI best practices)
• Experience within the financial services industry is a plus, but not required
• Fluent English speaker
