We are hiring:-

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team that develops and operates the platforms and infrastructure that support large-scale software development and verification environments. You'll play a key role in evolving a complex on-premise landscape into a highly automated, scalable, and observable platform that supports more than 2,000 hardware setups used every day.

In this role, you'll work hands-on with infrastructure automation, Linux systems, observability, and platform engineering. You'll help create standardized operating system images, automate provisioning and configuration management, and build reliable solutions that make life easier for engineering teams.

A big part of your work will focus on observability. Using tools such as Grafana, Loki, and Alloy, you'll ensure that logs, metrics, and system data are easy to access and act upon, enabling faster troubleshooting and improved platform reliability.

You'll collaborate closely with software engineers, test engineers, and fellow DevOps specialists, helping drive technical improvements while contributing as a senior member of the team. Beyond building solutions, you'll have the opportunity to influence how infrastructure and platform services evolve over time.

What we're looking for:-

• Strong experience working as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and large-scale infrastructure automation.
• Experience building and maintaining OS images and automated provisioning solutions.
• Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and system-level operations.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms, ideally Grafana, Loki, and/or Alloy.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Shell.
• A genuine passion for automation, reliability, and simplifying operational work.
