The role

We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the core product experience at Fika Jobs.

You will work closely with founders, design, engineering, AI and users to understand real problems, define what we should build and turn ideas into products people love.

This is not a project management role. We are looking for someone with exceptional product judgment, strong user empathy and extremely high agency - someone who can think clearly, move fast and take ownership from insight to shipped product.
