The role

We are looking for a Product Designer to help define what Fika Jobs feels like.

You will work across product, brand and AI to design the core experiences that shape how candidates tell their story, how companies discover talent and how hiring can feel more human.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to make screens look nice. We are looking for someone with exceptional taste, strong product judgment and extremely high agency - someone who can understand the problem, form a clear point of view and turn it into product experiences people love.

What you'll own

• Design core product experiences for candidates and companies
• Shape how AI conversations, candidate profiles, search and matching feel in the product
• Turn complex workflows into simple, beautiful and intuitive experiences
• Work closely with founders, engineers and users from idea to shipped product
• Help define the visual and interaction language of Fika Jobs
• Raise the quality bar across product, brand and user experience

• You are an exceptional product designer with strong taste and product judgment
• You care deeply about craft, clarity and emotional resonance
• You understand how to design products that feel simple, human and high-quality
• You have extremely high agency and take ownership without waiting for detailed instructions
• You are comfortable moving fast, testing ideas and working with ambiguity
