Project: Compensation & Benefits – SAP SuccessFactors

Background

Client is initiating a business-critical project to implement a Compensation & Benefits module in SAP SuccessFactors. The purpose is to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive by June 2026.

Current challenges include lack of system support for compensation analysis, bonus management, salary reviews, and harmonized pay structures, leading to high manual effort and increased compliance risk.

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of the initiative covering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation, process harmonization, and cross-country rollout.

Scope of Work

- Lead full project delivery (scope, cost, timeline)

- Establish governance and reporting

- Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance and Supplier

- Drive implementation phases (prepare, design, build, test, deploy)

- Manage risks and dependencies

- Ensure successful business rollout and adoption

Critical Success Factors

- Compliance achieved by Jan 2027

- High data quality and auditability

- Strong adoption across HR and managers

- Harmonized compensation processes

Urgency

This is a time-critical assignment driven by legal requirements. Immediate mobilization is required.

Requirements

Must have:

- Project Manager in system implementations

- SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation preferred)

- HR transformation and multi-country rollout

- Knowledge and practice of PPS project model

- Strong stakeholder management

- Governance-driven delivery

- Cross-functional leadership

- Strong Supplier / Vendor management
