About The Role

As a Project Manager at SoScale, you’ll play a key role in leading and owning complex, performance-driven client projects — with a strong focus on e-commerce brands and growth initiatives.

You’ll sit at the intersection of clients, creative, performance, and strategy, ensuring projects are not only delivered on time and on brief, but also aligned with commercial goals, funnels, and revenue impact. This role is ideal for someone who combines structured project leadership with a solid understanding of how e-commerce businesses operate.

In this role, you’ll take clear ownership of accounts and projects, act as a trusted client partner, and bring an e-commerce manager mindset to planning, prioritization, and execution.

What You’ll Do

📅 Own and lead client and internal meetings, setting agendas, driving decisions, and ensuring clear next steps

📦 Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end project timelines across campaigns, launches, and always-on e-commerce initiatives

🧩 Coordinate creative production, performance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and high output quality

💬 Act as a senior point of contact for clients — building trust, managing expectations, and proactively solving problems

🧠 Translate business and e-commerce goals (ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate) into clear project priorities and workflows

🛒 Collaborate closely with performance and strategy teams to ensure creative and campaigns support the full e-commerce funnel

✅ Own task management and workflows in Asana, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams

📊 Oversee project reporting, summaries, and post-mortems with a focus on learnings and commercial impact

🔍 Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities early — and take action to keep projects on track, in scope, and profitable

What We’re Looking For

3–6+ years of experience in project management, operations, or account/project roles within agency, e-commerce, or digital marketing

Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and complex workflows

Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, digital sales funnels, and performance marketing

Clear, confident communicator — comfortable leading conversations with both clients and internal teams

Highly structured and detail-oriented, without losing sight of the bigger commercial picture

Proactive and ownership-driven: you anticipate needs, flag risks early, and move things forward independently

Fluent in Swedish and English

Bonus If You Have

Previous experience working closely with e-commerce teams

Hands-on experience with DTC brands, Shopify, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of paid social, UGC production, and performance content

Experience working in Asana, Slack, Google Drive

Background from a fast-paced agency or scale-up environment
