About the Role:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll lead the front-end architecture and user experience across Loops AI’s agentic platform — from live chat SDKs to complex dashboards for multi-tenant AI management.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build Next.js 15 / React 19 frontend with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
• Lead component system design and define reusable UI patterns across apps
• Build and optimize real-time interfaces for agent responses, analytics, and user actions
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive, production-grade UX
• Mentor junior developers and establish frontend development standards

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in front-end engineering, including complex B2B or SaaS products
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, API integrations, and state management
• Strong understanding of authentication (Firebase/Okta) and cloud-hosted environments
• Excellent system design and performance optimization mindset
• Bonus: experience with AI chat interfaces, streaming UIs, or SDKs for developers
