Software Engineer II

Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace, the world’s number one Software Intelligence monitoring platform, provides answers, not just data, about application performance and end-user experience. We’re looking for talented Software Engineers to make our product even better.

• You will be working in a cloud-native environment with TypeScript and React.js while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• You will be working on Dynatrace Platform and AppEngine, contributing to both UI and core “backend of frontend” components powering our microfrontends setup.
• You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
  
  

Qualifications

What will help you succeed

• 3 plus years of experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficient with core Web APIs and technologies like HTML and CSS
• Excellent fundamental knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem
• Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Familiar with working in an agile environment
• Willingness to work in an AI-first environment

Compensation And Rewards

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range 12.333 - 15.416 PLN gross per month. (we've listed a salary range for transparency, but if your experience and skills bring unique value, we would still love to hear from you)
