Software Architect – React (f/m/x)

The project involves the development and modernization of an existing product in a legacy-to-modern migration model. New functionalities are built in a modern React environment.

The role is strongly architectural – we are looking for someone who will not only develop the system but also design solutions from scratch, define the technological approach, and make key architectural decisions.

The team operates globally (Poland, Chile, Canada), and requires availability to work between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Your tasks

• Designing and developing application architecture in a legacy + modern stack model (AngularJS + React)
• Creating frontend solutions from concept to deployment
• Defining technical approach and making architectural decisions without clearly defined requirements
• Integrating modern React components with the existing system via Web Components
• Collaborating with a distributed international team
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Software Architect or Senior Developer with real impact on system architecture
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storybook, and frontend architecture design
• Good knowledge of Web Components
• High independence — ability to design solutions from scratch and work in an environment without clearly defined requirements
• English at C1 level – ensuring fluent communication
• Required presence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills

• Full-stack experience with C# on the backend
