Job Description:

We’re hiring a React Engineer to build a production-grade chat application that delivers a polished, fast, and intuitive user experience as a standalone product.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for building and refining a modern chat interface with a strong focus on real-time interactions, streaming UI experiences, performance, and usability. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the frontend experience and help create a product that feels seamless and reliable in production.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain a high-quality React + TypeScript web application.

Develop polished, responsive, and accessible UI components for chat-based workflows.

Create real-time and streaming user experiences for messaging and AI-powered interactions.

Manage complex client-side state and asynchronous data flows.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver production-ready features.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and overall user experience.

Use AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as part of your daily workflow.

Required Skills

Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar design systems.

Proven experience building real-time or streaming UIs.

Strong understanding of client-side state management in complex applications.

Comfortable shipping production-ready frontend features with attention to quality and detail.

Strong experience using AI-assisted engineering tools as a force multiplier in day-to-day development.

Nice to Have

Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, including entities and activity types.

Hands-on experience integrating streaming AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or SSE-based LLM APIs.

Experience building chat, messaging, or conversational AI applications.
