What You’ll Do

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery follow-up for Slayz’s mobile investment platform.

• Translate user needs, business goals, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities into clear product requirements.

• Work closely with design, engineering, compliance, operations, customer support, marketing, and senior management to deliver high-quality product experiences.

• Define user journeys, product flows, wireframe-level expectations, edge cases, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, clarify requirements, and follow up on delivery progress across development cycles.

• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, product usage, customer feedback, and operational issues to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support the development of investment, onboarding, KYC, account opening, funding, trading, portfolio, CRM, and in-app communication flows.

• Ensure product decisions are practical, user-friendly, technically feasible, and aligned with the requirements of a regulated capital markets environment.

• Coordinate product launches, prepare release notes, support go-to-market planning, and ensure internal teams are ready before release.

• Track bugs, product gaps, user complaints, and operational frictions, and turn them into actionable product improvements.

• Prepare clear product documentation, process notes, decision records, and stakeholder updates.

• Follow FinTech, brokerage, investment platform, mobile app, and digital finance trends to keep Slayz’s product experience sharp and competitive.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital product development, or a similar role.

• Experience working with mobile apps, digital platforms, FinTech products, brokerage services, banking products, or financial services is preferred.

• Strong ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

• Comfortable working with designers, engineers, QA, operations, compliance, marketing, and senior stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of user experience, product flows, analytics, prioritization, and delivery management.

• Able to break complex financial or operational processes into simple, usable, and scalable product experiences.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, structured, and able to make decisions based on data, user feedback, and business priorities.

• Comfortable working in a regulated environment where product decisions must consider compliance, risk, operational accuracy, and user trust.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

• Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to follow product topics from discovery to release.

• Fluent in Turkish and able to work with English product, technical, and market documentation.

Bonus Points

• Experience in a FinTech company, brokerage firm, bank, investment platform, or regulated financial services environment.

• Familiarity with Borsa İstanbul, U.S. stocks, TEFAS funds, MKK, Takasbank, KYC, account opening, trading flows, custody, settlement, or investment platform operations.

• Experience with Jira, Linear, Notion, Figma, Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar product and analytics tools.

• Experience managing mobile app features from discovery to release on iOS and Android.

• Strong understanding of onboarding funnels, activation, retention, CRM, lifecycle communication, and product-led growth.

• Ability to use data, customer support insights, and operational feedback to define practical product improvements.

• Experience working with compliance-aware product development in finance, banking, brokerage, insurance, payments, or investment products.
