Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, payments, or fintech.
• Conversion- and revenue-driven mindset with a proven track record in basket/checkout funnel optimization.
• Data fluency; comfortable with analytics tools and experiment (A/B) design.
• Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and the ability to align teams around a shared goal.
• Customer empathy and a commitment to simple, trustworthy experience design.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing basket, checkout, or broader buy-journey experiences.
• Experience with payment systems, credit/financing products, or similar financing experiences.
• Experience working with customer satisfaction (NPS) or customer contact/ticket metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end basket (cart) and checkout experience, ensuring a seamless customer journey from product page to order completion.
• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for basket, checkout, installment, and financing experiences.
• Drive basket growth and checkout conversion by identifying opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and experimentation.
• Design and optimize the customer journey across product pages, basket, and checkout to deliver a clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experience.
• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and measure success through key product and business KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Risk, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
• Own the basket experience, including product additions, basket management, recommendations, incentives, and basket recovery.
• Manage installment payment, financing application, onboarding, and campaign experiences to improve customer adoption and engagement.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (NPS), operational performance, and customer support contact rates.
• Ensure financing experiences are transparent, compliant, and enable customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
