Assistant Product Manager (E-commerce & Amazon)

Top Ten Trade is an independent e-commerce business operating a successful Amazon retail catalog since 2017. Behind our agile, customer-focused team sits a modern data and automation stack that powers our US-wide operations. We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to help scale our product portfolio, optimize our catalog, and elevate our brand presence on Amazon.

Tasks:

• Listing Optimization: Manage, create, and optimize Amazon listings to maximize product visibility and conversion rates.
• Content & Visual Strategy: Collaborate with in-house designers to create high-converting listing images, ad content, A+ Content, and Storefronts that align with the brand’s identity.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Perform continuous market research to identify upcoming trends and monitor competitors' strategies.
• Data-Driven Insights: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share actionable insights with the team to drive listing improvements.
• Project Execution: Own and execute cross-functional projects that support the company’s product expansion and business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or product management.
• Continuous improvement mindset: Constantly seeking ways to optimize listings, workflows, and performance.
• Active user of modern AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline daily tasks.
• Analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English.
