UX/UI Product Designer (Digital Products)
We're not hiring to fill a position. We're building a team.
Digital products are a core part of our company, our business operations, and our international growth strategy.
We are an international company with operations in Türkiye, Europe, and the United States. As we continue to grow, we are building a strong Product and Software Engineering team that develops and continuously improves the digital products our businesses rely on every day.
We're not looking for a traditional UI designer.
We're looking for a UX/UI Product Designer.
If you enjoy improving digital products rather than simply designing interfaces, if you like simplifying complex business processes, and if you want to work closely with both business teams and software engineers, we'd like to hear from you.
Your Role
As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will play a central role at the intersection of Business and Software Engineering.
You will be part of our Commercial Team while working closely with our Software Engineering Team and our Media Production Team.
Your role is to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate them into intuitive, functional, and high-quality digital experiences.
You won't just design interfaces.
You will question existing workflows, improve user journeys, and help make our digital products clearer, more efficient, and more consistent.
For us, design is not decoration.
Design is an essential part of product quality and business success.
What You'll Work On
You will design and improve digital products that are actively used in our day-to-day business operations and continuously evolve.
These include:
- Corporate websites
- Mobile applications
- Customer portals
- Dashboards
- Internal business and operational platforms
- Workflow and automation systems
- AI-supported applications
- Digital services and SaaS-like platforms
You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle—from early concepts to implementation—and work closely with software engineers and business stakeholders to deliver practical, user-focused solutions.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for professionals who already have strong fundamentals in UX/UI and Product Design.
We'll teach you our products, business processes, and system architecture.
We won't teach the fundamentals of Product Design.
Ideally, you have experience with:
- Figma
- UX/UI Design
- Product Design
- Design Systems
- Responsive and Mobile-first Design
- Wireframing, User Flows, and Prototyping
- Information Architecture
- Working closely with Software Engineers
- Designing digital products and platforms
Experience with SaaS products, dashboards, internal business systems, B2B platforms, or AI-supported products is a strong advantage, but not required.
How We Work
We continuously improve our digital products.
UX and UI are not isolated design activities—they are an integral part of product development.
The best solutions emerge through close collaboration between Business, Design, and Software Engineering.
Artificial Intelligence is also part of our daily workflow.
We expect modern AI tools to be used professionally—for research, ideation, information gathering, prototyping, and improving design workflows.
AI supports the design process.
Responsibility for great user experiences, thoughtful product decisions, and high-quality design always remains with the designer.
Our goal is not to create more screens.
Our goal is to build better digital products.
What Matters to Us
We don't evaluate designers by the number of years they've worked.
We don't evaluate them by polished portfolios alone.
We evaluate designers by their ability to understand problems, simplify complex workflows, and create products that people genuinely enjoy using.
During the interview, we'd like to discuss:
- Digital products you've worked on
- Your role within those projects
- UX or UI improvements you've personally implemented
- How you approach complex user journeys
- The thinking behind your design decisions
Please only list skills on your CV that you can confidently demonstrate.
Authenticity matters more than a perfectly polished application.
English
We work internationally.
English is our working language.
You should be comfortable discussing design decisions, user experiences, and product concepts in English while collaborating with colleagues across different countries.
If your CV states that you speak English, we expect you to demonstrate that during the interview.
Why Join Us?
You'll become part of a small, highly capable team where your work has a direct impact on our products.
You'll collaborate closely with decision-makers, business teams, and software engineers while helping shape digital solutions used across multiple international markets.
You'll improve real products—not just create concepts or marketing materials.
You'll have the opportunity to influence product decisions, take ownership, and grow together with a company that is actively expanding internationally.
If you're looking for responsibility, ownership, and the opportunity to build meaningful digital products, this is the place.
How to Apply
Please send us:
- Your CV
- Your portfolio
- Links to relevant projects or UX case studies (if available)
- Optionally, your Figma profile or additional work samples
We're not looking for the perfect résumé.
We're looking for people who take ownership, think structurally, and enjoy building exceptional digital products.
