In this role you will provide end-to-end operational and analytical support for Global Rewards processes, ensuring global reward policies are configured correctly and delivered on time with high data quality. Partner with Global Mobility and OpCo stakeholders to drive continuous improvements to data flows, system set-up and ways of working.
Your Responsibilities Would Include
In this role you will provide end-to-end operational and analytical support for Global Rewards processes, ensuring global reward policies are configured correctly and delivered on time with high data quality. Partner with Global Mobility and OpCo stakeholders to drive continuous improvements to data flows, system set-up and ways of working.
Your Responsibilities Would Include
- Running the end-to-end STI process for expats in MyHR and ECA, including validations and stakeholder queries.
- Running the end-to-end ABS/NIA process for expats in MyHR and ECA, including eligibility checks, calculations and stakeholder support.
- Ensuring ECA is configured to support necessary calculations and that team members are trained accordingly.
- Making sure the annual MyHR (SuccessFactors) workflow for Expats is up to date for the annual Global Rewards cycles.
- Identifying and delivering process/system improvements (automation, controls, templates, reporting).
- Owning COMPASS and maintaining the Global Mobility SharePoint, ensuring content is current and accessible.
- Contributing and leading improvement projects for ECA in collaboration with Global Mobility (requirements, configuration support, testing, and deployment readiness)
- Bachelor/Master Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the field of HR (Compensation and Benefits).
- Experience with annual processes in the field of Global Mobility
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Sharp, analytical thinker
- Excellent Excel skills, and strong interest in systems, processes and data
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- (Proactive) Service attitude
- Very good command of English (C1)
