Beyond operational tasks, you will play a critical role in transforming HR data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across the HR function. You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Finance and Controlling, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About Your Future Role

  • Cooperating with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office, National Labour Inspectorate, GUS)
  • Managing HR and payroll systems (ERP Optima, Płatnik)
  • Handling employee benefits, including Social Benefits Fund and PPK
  • Preparing advanced reports, dashboards, and analyses (e.g. payroll costs, headcount trends)
  • Performing data quality checks and reconciliation across HR/payroll systems
  • Supporting HR budgeting and forecasting (e.g. FTE planning)
  • Identifying trends, inconsistencies, and risks in HR/payroll data and recommending improvements
  • Monitoring changes in labor, tax, and social insurance regulations and implementing them in practice
  • Supporting the team in comprehensive employee and contractor services
  • Participating in HR/payroll projects, including system improvements and reporting automation
  • Collaborating with Finance and Controlling, providing data and analytical support

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value:

Essential Qualifications:
