Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
  • Must-have: practical experience leading organizational change initiatives in large-scale technology transformation programs (minimum 3 years).
  • Must-have: experience supporting user adoption in enterprise technology implementations such as SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies, including stakeholder management, communications, training, user adoption, resistance management, and reinforcement planning.
  • Experience developing and executing change management strategies across ERP, HCM, ServiceNow, digital workplace, and process transformation initiatives.
  • Experience designing and delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication strategies, training programs, Super User networks, and adoption measurement approaches.
  • Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and Transformation Offices.
  • Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle topics would be considered an advantage, but is not required.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, CCMP or equivalent) would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Polish and English (C1 level).
  • Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • EU work permit.

Your future role

  • Work on challenging transformation projects for leading global and local organizations, helping clients successfully adopt new technologies and ways of working.
  • Design and deliver change management strategies for large-scale digital transformations, system implementations, and business process changes.
  • Support SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise technology programs by driving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption activities.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities for successful implementation.
  • Build and manage Change Champion and Super User networks that accelerate adoption and create sustainable organizational capability.
  • Develop executive and leadership engagement plans to align sponsors and business leaders behind transformation objectives.
  • Create compelling communication campaigns and learning experiences that support behavior change and end-user adoption.
  • Measure adoption and change outcomes using defined success metrics, stakeholder feedback, and business performance indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, business analysts, HR teams, and technology vendors to ensure integrated transformation delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of Deloitte's Technology Adoption and Change Management offering by helping shape methodologies, tools, and market propositions.
