We are looking for a senior-level Program Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the cybersecurity program, ensuring alignment across technical teams and driving execution across all streams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the cybersecurity program end-to-end across all workstreams: Vulnerability Management, Disaster Recovery, Resilience, and IAM.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the program team and ensure effective execution of delivery plans.
• Act as the key interface between cybersecurity specialists and broader IT/engineering teams, translating security requirements into clear, actionable delivery tasks.
• Track program progress, manage dependencies, risks, and issues, and ensure proper mitigation actions are in place.
• Prepare and present regular program status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive delivery teams and stakeholders toward agreed milestones, ensuring timely implementation of security improvements and remediation activities.
• Ensure alignment of all workstreams with overall cybersecurity strategy and organizational priorities.

Requirements – Must have

• Senior-level experience in leading or coordinating complex IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Strong cyber literacy, with the ability to understand and engage with technical topics such as Vulnerability Management, Disaster Recovery/Resilience, and IAM.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical security topics into business-friendly language.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in structured delivery environments (enterprise/large-scale organizations).
• Certification in project/program management or cybersecurity is considered an advantage (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CISM, CISSP – to be confirmed with client).

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management certification.
• CISM or CISSP certification.
• Experience in large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs.
• Experience working in international, multi-team environments.
