Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Scrum Master with Fieldglass experience.

Integration proces between Workday, EPP and P&C applications.

Tasks

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth team operations.
• Act as bridge between business and technical teams.
• Coordinate and manage integration-related change requests.
• Maintain and update functional and integration documentation.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements.
• Monitor team capacity, blockers, and delivery progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Solid background in Business Analysis (requirements gathering, documentation, validation).
• Experience with system integrations (preferably HR systems such as Workday or similar).
• Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix organisations.
• Strong communication skills – ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks (PI planning experience is a plus).
• Experience with Fieldglass
