DESCRIPTION OF THE TAS

- s.Team Leadership: Assigns/controls tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities/workload, and motivates project team member
- s.Communication Management: Manages effective communication within the project and with the external environmen
- t.Documentation: Produces project management products (plans, logs, schedules) and prepares/presents high-quality technical reports and presentation
