We are currently looking for a a Junior Project Manager to join our SuperTeam for a project located in Poland. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the coordination of the full development process — from early design and permits to tendering, construction, and handovers ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee the full development process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet design intent, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, and consultants throughout the design and permitting phases.
- Lead tenders and procurement processes, from identifying and evaluating contractors to negotiating contracts and final selections.
- Manage relationships with local authorities and support the permitting process until full building permits are obtained.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with all project stakeholders, tracking actions and ensuring alignment across disciplines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, propose corrective actions, and report status to company management.
- Ensure full compliance with technical, structural, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary specifications and standards.
- Supervise on-site activities together with the construction team, ensuring that works follow approved design, quality, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and review project documentation, budgets, and cost reports, ensuring transparency and control.
- Coordinate project handover and close-out, including inspections, defect lists, and operating permit procedures.
- Support company development initiatives, including land acquisition, administrative setup, and recruitment processes related to new projects or entities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of permitting, tendering, and construction processes.
- Good knowledge with MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

- Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
