About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and control of our strategic investment project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and project control activities across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and project execution plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, contracts, and other internal departments.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, equipment suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and project objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate interfaces between departments and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and change control processes.
• Track engineering, procurement, and contract activities to ensure alignment with overall project plans.
• Prepare regular project reports and present progress updates to senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement and project management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management for large industrial investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, project controls, contract administration, and risk management.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the project site in Adana.
