Role: Voice Support Engineer – Network Operations

Experience: 5–7 Years


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage VoIP, Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Mobility solutions across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Administer ServiceNow tickets, ensuring SLA compliance for incidents, requests, changes, and problem management.
  • Manage telecom vendors (Zoom Phone, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Choice Tel).
  • Handle VoIP operations including number provisioning, porting, IVR, call queues, SMS, and Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs).
  • Monitor licensing, cost optimization, inventory, and telecom assets.
  • Coordinate project activities, customer escalations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, security, and operational standards.

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience with Arista DC/Branch Routers & Switches
  • Experience with Arista Wireless
  • VoIP, PSTN, Unified Communications, and Contact Center support
  • ServiceNow
  • Vendor management and telecom operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
