Data Analyst

Role

As Sokin continues to expand its global payments platform, we're building a talent pipeline of experienced Data Analyst professionals to support future hiring needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. You will work closely with product tribes to understand data needs, develop reports and dashboards, and uncover trends that drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how data is used within the organization and to contribute directly to the product roadmap and business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports (using Power BI or similar).
• Develop a KPI performance tracking framework across product verticals.
• Translate business requirements into analytical outputs to identify trends and support decision making.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure data availability and accessibility for new and existing feature.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders, turning insights into action.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards are maintained.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar and the ability to query using SQL or Python.
• Experience using BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with analytic tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Experience managing priorities in fast paced and high growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, from delivery teams to C-suite.
• Experience in Fintech or B2B company is beneficial.
