Data Scientist

Hi All,

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable ML models and GenAI applications for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for business problems
• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, etc.)
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization
• Develop AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Deploy models into production using cloud platforms and APIs
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance

Key Skills Required

✅ Core Skills

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI

✅ GenAI & LLM Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar ecosystems
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases
• Experience in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)

✅ Data & Engineering

• Experience with SQL, ETL pipelines, and data processing
• Knowledge of Databricks / Spark (preferred)
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)

✅ Cloud & Deployment

• Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP
• Knowledge of ML deployment (APIs, Docker, CI/CD)
