Role description


  1. Drawing Works (Assist Senior Architect / Project Manager in)
  • Space Planning
  • Sketches
  • Create Architectural drawing sets for Authority, Mall & Execution submissions
  • Review MEP / Lighting drawings from the Consultant


  1. Project planning
  • Conduct Initial assessment of the store space and submit FIR to start the design.
  • Joint Measurements with Mall
  • All necessary documentations for approvals from the CD, Municipality, MEP
  • Mall coordination
  • Make necessary changes in the drawings post approval from concept office as per the comments from the mall.
  • Ensure right space planning, optimized execution and allocate budget
  • Frame project schedule and focus on critical node
  • Invite tenders for non-standard items.
  • Rate analysis for Fit out and fittings to optimize on costs.
  • Monitor the warehouse stocks for clearance of old and reusable fixtures. Update the fixture stock report quarterly.
  • Tendering & assist in local orders BOQ and furnish all the details to the vendors for manufacturing fixtures
  • Assist in Fixture development


  1. Project execution (Assist Project Manager for the following)
  • Review progress & prepare reports
  • Adaptation of store designs & monitor any site work progress in line with store design for the concept assigned and without any errors
  • Prepare Civil / Interior BOQs with perfection based on the drawings along with complete measurement sheets.
  • Weekly reporting of projects status to the Concept & territory office along with details pics and highlighting the bottle necks
  • Make and adhere to project schedules
  • Ensure appropriate material specification used at site from the vendor and evaluate the same for future.
  • Troubleshoot whenever necessary and shall be ready to take additional responsibility to handle a project independently as in when required
  • Conduct market and competition survey to evaluate new products/ solutions/ vendors and materials for cost effectiveness
  • Proper documentation post completion of project with all as built drawings, bill closures.
  • Make, monitor snag list post completion of site and as per the set standards.


  1. Financial (Assist Project Manager for the following)
  • Preparing capex file with justifications before release of any orders and take necessary approvals.
  • Ensure that the given task is completed within the budget assigned for the concept
  • Report deviations from budget during the course of work
  • Standard measurement sheet to be followed in the intermediate and final bill submission
  • Work out Rate analysis of all the items which are required for execution to justify the rates awarded
  • Certify the vendor bills as in when required.
