About The Role
Fortum Consumer Solutions (CoS) is the largest electricity retailers in the Nordics, serving around 2,2 million customers across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland and Spain. Our core business is electricity sales, complemented by value adding and digital services that help our customers manage their energy use more effectively.
Within CoS, the Enterprise and Small (E&S) segment focuses on B2B customers with annual consumption below 200 000 kWh. We develop electricity products and services that help our customers improve cost efficiency, control consumption, and strengthen their sustainability performance.
We are now looking for two Value Adding Services Developers, one in Norway and one in Sweden to take end-to-end ownership of selected services. In this role, you will be responsible for improving existing services, driving their performance, and exploring new service opportunities. You will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics and across functions such as sales, marketing, digital, and local business teams. We are looking for someone who combines a strong business mindset with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.
This role reports to the Manager, Value Adding Services.

In your role you will:
- Own 1-3 value adding services and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
- Monitor sales, usage, adoption, churn, and customer feedback
- Identify business and customer needs from data and customer insights, and translate the needs into clear development tasks and priorities
- Plan and execute tests, pilots, and campaigns to validate ideas
- Drive development work and maintain a prioritized backlog
- Explore and develop new service concepts and lead selected new service initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, like customer communication, eCommerce, digital, sales, and possibly also external partners
- Ensure services align with regulation, compliance requirements, strategy, and pricing guidelines
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in business or product development. Background from industries with subscription-based business models (e.g. telecom, insurance, banking) is an advantage
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive work independently
- Commercial mindset with focus on customer value and business impact
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Fluent in English and either Swedish or Norwegian
- Experience or interest in B2B business, experience working with customer insights and customer-centric development, and familiarity with the Nordic energy market are considered a big plus but not required
- A key role in shaping offering for entrepreneurs and small businesses across Finland, Sweden and Norway
