About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager – Bathroom Brands to join our Bathroom category team. In this role, you'll manage the development and growth of our branded bathroom product portfolio, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and support business growth.

You'll play a key role in identifying market trends, managing product launches, supporting sales teams, and ensuring product information is accurate across all platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the product development lifecycle from planning through to launch
• Identifying market trends and new product opportunities
• Building and managing supplier relationships
• Supporting Sales with product training, showroom visits, and specifications
• Ensuring accurate product data, website content, and merchandising
• Coordinating with Marketing, Purchasing, Technical, Quality, and Inventory teams
• Managing product launches, sample reviews, and stock changeovers

About You

You're a self-motivated and commercially aware product professional with a passion for product development and the bathroom industry. You enjoy working collaboratively, take ownership of your projects, and have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

You will ideally have:

• 3–6 years' experience in the bathroom industry or a product management role
• Strong knowledge of bathroom products and market trends
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational, analytical, and project management abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and industry exhibitions
