Senior Product Manager

Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and delivery of Omniyat Digital & AI initiatives - two next-generation digital platforms designed to redefine the ultra-luxury real estate experience.

We're seeking someone who combines outstanding product management capabilities with deep domain expertise in luxury real estate, branded residences, hospitality, or resident experience.

Role

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across Omniyat Digital & AI initiatives
• Translate real-world business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Represent the needs of residents, investors, brokers, operations teams, and executive stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Prioritise features and manage the product roadmap to ensure successful delivery of key milestones
• Drive product decisions using customer insight, business priorities, and industry expertise

Competencies

• Significant experience in Product Management, delivering complex digital products with engineering team
• Deep understanding of premium or ultra-luxury real estate, including development, sales, leasing, branded residences, or resident operation
• Proven experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlog
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Nice to Have

• Experience within PropTech, luxury hospitality, branded residences, or resident experience platforms
• Knowledge of the UAE or GCC real estate market
• Experience working with AI-enabled products or AI-first product development environment
