Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be the creative and strategic force behind products used by traders worldwide. You'll work independently across overlapping time zones, collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver experiences that are intuitive, fast, and trader-obsessed. This isn't a hand-holding role. You'll drive design vision from concept to launch, influencing product strategy and defining what world-class looks like in prop trading platforms.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Product & Experience Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design for high-impact features across CFD and Futures platforms
• Design trader dashboards, challenge flows, payout experiences, and performance analytics
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  
  
  

Research & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Conduct user research across 43K+ active traders
• Synthesize insights into actionable design improvements
• Use data to inform decisions that drive measurable impact
  
  
  

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Collaborate across Malaysia, Europe, and other regions
• Ship quickly while maintaining quality standards
  
  
  

Design Systems & Scalable Foundations

• Build and evolve the design system for web and mobile
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and speed across platforms
• Maintain governance and design standards
  
  
  

Rapid Prototyping & Iteration

• Prototype, test, and iterate at speed
• Prioritize learning and experimentation over perfection
• Validate ideas before full-scale implementation
  
  
  

Strategic Balance & Compliance Awareness

• Champion user-centered design
• Balance business objectives, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements
  
  
  

Design Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor junior designers
• Elevate overall design quality and craft across the organization
  
  
  

Global Engagement & Strategic Travel

• Participate in co-working sessions, offsites, user research, and planning sessions
• Travel occasionally to support collaboration and strategic initiatives
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 5-8+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that proves you can ship beautiful, functional products at scale
• Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems; you're the person teammates come to for Figma wizardry
• A track record of working independently and driving projects from 0 to 1 without heavy oversight
• Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or similarly complex, data-rich products
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; you can articulate design rationale to engineers, PMs, and executives
• A bias for action: you prototype fast, test early, and iterate based on feedback and data (and actually feel comfortable speaking to users to validate early)
• Bonus: Experience with prop trading, brokerages, web3, crypto, or global-first products
