Chief System Analyst - IT Infrastructure & Services
JOB PURPOSE
Execute advanced analytical and design tasks for RTA’s IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with strategic business needs, supporting both current operations and future innovation, including readiness for agentic and autonomous AI systems.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyze and contribute to sector-wide infrastructure standards, policies, and roadmaps to ensure consistency with RTA strategic goals, while considering future support for ethical digital twin federation and AI-driven systems.
- Evaluate and analyze emerging infrastructure technologies, recommending improvements to support growth, innovation, and secure AI model lifecycle management.
- Prepare budgets and identify cost improvement opportunities for IT infrastructure initiatives, factoring in evolving AI infrastructure demands.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to support the planning, design, and enhancement of infrastructure, including data centers, networks, servers, and cloud platforms, with scalability to accommodate agentic and autonomous AI solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues, proposing corrective and preventive measures that factor in ethical and secure AI deployments.
- Develop and monitor capacity planning and disaster recovery processes to ensure service continuity and resilience, incorporating potential use of AI-driven digital twin simulations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and analytical reports for infrastructure systems, integrating considerations for future AI model
- lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with application, operations, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, integrated, and high-performing infrastructure, while aligning with emerging agentic AI frameworks.
- Evaluate and analyze local and cloud infrastructure environments (e.g., Azure, VMware) for optimization, best-fit solutions, and future compatibility with autonomous AI systems.
- Monitor and report on infrastructure KPIs and SLAs, supporting data-driven performance improvements, including readiness for AI-enabled operations.
- Manage infrastructure project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical requirements, while anticipating future AI system integrations.
- Recommend technical enhancements to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and security, with consideration for ethical AI and digital twin frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within infrastructure operations, supporting agentic AI capabilities.
- Support compliance with information security policies and procedures, coordinating with security teams to safeguard AI-driven infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in engineering or information system.
- Must have 6+ Years of experience in case of Master’s degree (8+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree)
