We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Scrum Master to help implement Agile practices from the ground up and guide our team through a successful Agile transformation. 📌 Key Responsibilities

• Agile/Scrum, • sprint planning, coordination, delivery tracking • Daily standup • Manage JIRA / Azure DevOPs / KPIs
• Guide teams in Agile best practices and help the organization adopt an Agile mindset.
• Act as a servant-leader to support product owners and team members effectively.

✅ Key Requirements

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices; certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Experience implementing Agile frameworks from scratch is highly preferred.
• Adaptable personality and ability to work in a fast-evolving context with minimal structure.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
