Project Manager / Package Manager – EPC Modular Process Systems

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Package Manager with 16+ years of EPC Oil & Gas experience delivering modular process systems and process packages from engineering and procurement through fabrication, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects involving gas processing, compression, and modular plant systems.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, FATs, fabrication, logistics, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Lead commercial reporting, change management, risk mitigation, and project controls.
• Interface with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Essential Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a demonstrable track record delivering projects involving several of the following process packages and equipment:

Process Packages

• Gas Dehydration Units (GDU)
• Gas Sweetening Units (GSU)
• Dew Point Control Units (DPCU)
• Gas Compression Packages
• Condensate Stabilization Units
• Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems
• Instrument Air & Nitrogen Generation Packages
• Desalters, Separators, and Pressure Reducing Stations

Rotating Equipment

• High-Pressure Reciprocating Gas Compressors
• Centrifugal Compressors
• Reciprocating and Centrifugal Pumps
• Chiller Packages

Electrical & Instrumentation Systems

• ICSS
• PLC Control Systems
• VFDs
• E-Houses / LERs
• Control, Shutdown, and Safety Valves

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 16 years' EPC experience within the upstream and midstream Oil & Gas sector.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and project completions systems.
• Knowledge of ASME, API, and PED standards.
