About the role
As a Human Feedback Contributor, you work within our AI2 division to evaluate and refine machine-generated content. This is a fully remote position that requires a careful approach to grading, editing, and providing feedback on various types of text-based data. You will work independently on a contract basis, helping the firm maintain the high standards of clarity and factual correctness that we expect in all our operations. The work is methodical and suits individuals who enjoy finding subtle errors and ensuring that information is presented logically.

What you will do

• Review machine-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and professional tone.
• Rank multiple outputs based on specific criteria provided by the research team.
• Write original responses to serve as high quality examples for model training.
• Identify subtle errors in logic or factual inconsistencies within complex text.
• Label data sets according to specific categorization guidelines provided by the firm.
• Provide clear and brief explanations for why certain outputs are preferred over others.
• Maintain a consistent pace of review while ensuring that quality never falters.
• Collaborate with the data team through written updates to refine evaluation standards.
