Pre-Sales Solution Architect – Network & Security | Dubai | Startup Environment

We are hiring for our client a Solution Architect – Network & Security (Pre-Sales Focus) to design and lead enterprise-grade network and cybersecurity solutions for corporate and government customers in the UAE. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a professional who can combine deep technical architecture expertise with strong pre-sales capability, including solution shaping, RFP ownership, and customer engagement.

This opportunity is with a startup organization, offering high ownership, fast decision-making, and direct impact on solution strategy and customer wins.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and technical proposal development
• Architect enterprise LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Hybrid Cloud environments
• Design end-to-end solutions covering routing, switching, SDN, firewalls, VPNs, NAC, load balancing, and encryption
• Conduct technical discovery workshops and client presentations
• Develop HLD, LLD, and BoM documentation
• Ensure alignment with security frameworks and regulatory standards (NESA, ISO, etc.)
• Collaborate with OEMs and stakeholders to shape competitive, cost-effective solutions

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Network & Security OR Pre-Sales Solution Architecture
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking and security design
• Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, VMware NSX, F5, Huawei, Aruba
• Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, SDN, IPsec, NAC (ISE/Forescout)
• Experience in RFPs, client workshops, and technical presentations
• Must be based in Dubai / UAE
