Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities and experience in preparing management reports, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. Experience in calendar management and stakeholder coordination will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for senior management.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reports, data sources, and analysis.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing management presentations when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or analytics.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI (Tableau is an advantage).
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
