- Lead small-scale or special technology initiatives using agile or waterfall approaches
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and stakeholders in collaboration with product and technical leads.
- Develop realistic plans covering timeline, resources, risks, and communication.
- Execute with focus on quality, stakeholder alignment, and benefit realisation.
- Draft and submit exception approval requests including justifications, duration and cost implications. Actively track approval status and usage.
- Submit formal requests for new positions, track approvals, and communicate requirements accurately to vendors.
- Review incoming candidate profiles, conduct initial screenings when required, and coordinate shortlisting with hiring managers
- Proven experience as Project Manager in IT or financial services, ideally within agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Successfully delivered multiple small-to-medium projects (<6 months) involving technology change, process improvement, or system configuration.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and methods (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
- Basic understanding of application security, vulnerability management, and data governance concepts.
