What you will do:
Data Conversion

• Extract, map, and transform data from legacy systems to the client's platform.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct data imports, testing, and validation to guarantee seamless system integration.
• Document conversion processes and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.

Systems Integration

• Understand need and scope of integrations between client and third-party systems. Design and implement using REST APIs, web services, or custom scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency and system functionality.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and maintenance procedures.

Custom Reporting

• Develop custom scripts and applications to extend functionality and meet unique business requirements.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support custom reporting and data processing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in custom programs and scripts.
• Document custom code, processes, and configurations for future reference and compliance.

Special Projects

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to address unique business challenges using client software.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within budget and scope.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support for project success.
• Provide detailed documentation and reporting for project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience in the property management industry
• Three plus (3+) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent. Consulting experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS SQL and report generation tools like SSRS.
• Experience with system integrations and data mapping using REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.

• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
