Senior AI Engineer (Python / RAG / LLMs)

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join an exciting international product team building next-generation AI capabilities for a complex enterprise platform. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing and shipping production AI systems—not research or experimentation.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve a production-grade AI platform built around RAG and intelligent agents.
• Design and improve retrieval pipelines, response quality, and system performance.
• Build autonomous AI workflows and agent-based solutions.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, hallucinations, and coverage.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and architects on scalable AI services and API integrations.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools as part of the daily engineering workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python (3.11+) development skills.
• Production experience with RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, retrieval optimization, and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing AI agents, tool usage, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong backend engineering background with:
• Python
• Flask
• PostgreSQL
• Redis
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience evaluating AI systems (quality, hallucinations, latency, coverage).
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong communication skills and English level B2+.

• Experience working with structured document processing or legal/enterprise data.

Important notes

• Candidates must have production AI experience with deployed systems.
