About the company

• A top leading Digital Finance companies (multiple product lines, profitable business, operating in global markets across Asia, EMEA, LATAM and North America, with over 50Million active users) who is actively expanding globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global Business Intelligence team for high performance
• Develop strategies and performance improvement initiatives for business growths and optimization with data tools, techniques and intelligence.
• Liaise with global stakeholders in departments such as Growth, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations for overall business objectives.

Key requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics/ Data Science or related field in Digital Finance/ Fintech/ Crypto, or consumer-facing technology industry.
• Proven global/regional level leadership, strong analytical ability and strategic mindset
• Passionate about growth and market dynamic
• Bilingual skills in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders from different markets.

Location base: Dubai/ Singapore/ Asia.
