Role Description: This full-time on-site role as a Full-Stack Developer at HTM in Niseko involves both back-end and front-end development. You will develop and maintain web applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms. Join us to build scalable multi-tenant web applications and learn from a dynamic team. We provide working visa support and accommodation support in the resort.

Responsibilities:

• Use the latest technologies to build responsive Web applications.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Support team members through code review.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Proficient in back-end development with Node.js and front-end development with React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with responsive design and web application styling.
• Proficient with version control systems.
• Familiarity with test tools and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Understanding of database systems and SQL.
• Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Hospitality or tourism industry experience and knowledge of Japanese language and culture.

Employment Period: Ongoing full-time year-round (subject to a 3-month probationary period).

Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 to ¥4,800,000 annually (divided by 14 and paid monthly, including two annual bonuses).

Location: Work on-site in our office in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan (remote work is not available). Enjoy the vibrant local culture and stunning natural surroundings.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour working days from Monday to Friday).
