Artisan Digital is looking for a Junior Design Coordinator to join our growing digital design team.

This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and interested in digital design, UX/UI and client collaboration.

About the Role

As Junior Design Coordinator, you will help support communication and coordination between our design team and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with clients to understand requests, priorities and feedback
• Helping turn client requirements into clear actions for the design team
• Tracking design tasks, feedback and project progress
• Managing project dashboards and keeping information up to date
• Preparing meeting notes, action items and follow-ups
• Reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the team to deliver high-quality design work
• This is a flexible hybrid role, with a mix of onsite work and working from home.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• An interest in digital design, UX/UI or software products
• A good eye for design
• A proactive and collaborative approach

Previous experience in design, digital, software, project coordination, account coordination or client service would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Candidates must have full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis.
