Software Engineer (Gaming/c++/Unreal Engine)

Green Light Worldwide have a requirement for a Software Engineer to join their team.
 
Responsibilities:

• Solving complex technical problems and driving Unreal development improvements.
• Build and maintain software systems with a focus on quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and design reviews, ensuring high engineering standards.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience (5 + years’) professional experience as a software engineer.
• Strong background in C++.
• Proven experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience working with gaming development teams or adjacent industries.
• Proven experience recruiting and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with automation in game or software development pipelines.

• Passion for games and player-focused experiences.
