UX Designer (I09976)

Hiring: UX Designer | Hybrid | Brussels, Belgium

We are looking for a Confirmed UX Designer to join a dynamic team delivering user-centered digital applications and websites. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Brussels through the end of 2026.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support user research activities including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Translate user and business needs into intuitive user experiences.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Figma (mobile-first approach).
• Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure interfaces comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Contribute to and maintain the organization's Design System.
• Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Confirmed experience as a UX Designer
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma
• Experience designing accessible interfaces in line with WCAG 2.1
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Knowledge of Axure, Conceptboard, and Mentimeter is highly desirable

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

• French: Native proficiency
• Dutch: Active professional proficiency
• English: Active professional proficiency
