Project Manager

Navigating complex projects with ease and bringing order to chaos

As a project manager you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of a project. You will work to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You are also responsible for coordinating the work of the project team, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking progress.

Your main responsibilities are

• Planning: Defining the scope, goals, and objectives of the project, and developing a plan for achieving them.
• Organizing: Coordinating the work of the project team, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring that resources are available when needed.
• Leading: Providing direction and guidance to the project team, and motivating them to achieve the project's goals. Controlling: Monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure that the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
• Communicating: Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and risks, and communicating effectively with the project team.
• Managing risks: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project's success.
• Managing budgets and resources: Ensuring that the project stays within budget, and that resources are used effectively.
• Ensuring quality: Ensuring that the project is completed to the required quality standards.
• Closing: Completing the project and performing a post-project review to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  
  

Your profile

• You have a drive to get things done
• You have a bachelor's, master's degree combined with relevant experience (3 or > years of experience).
• You are familiar with PM methodologies. Certifications are a plus
• You have strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are proactive, adaptive and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.
• You are punctual and self-disciplined.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus
