Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business performance indicators aligned with operational objectives.
• Enhance and optimise dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Improve the structure, consistency, and reliability of business data.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and traceability.
• Perform data analysis in response to business requirements and support strategic decision-making.
• Provide functional support to end users of Business Intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and recommend data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
• Strong proficiency with Business Intelligence tools and SQL.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
