Junior Network Engineer

We're working with a leading IT consulting firm specialising in planning, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge IT network solutions for a diverse client base.

The Role

  • Plan, install, and maintain IT network solutions for clients
  • Focus on implementing and supporting network components from Extreme Networks and HPE Aruba
  • Operate and further develop client network infrastructures
  • Implement new network solutions
  • Document tasks, changes, and issues via ticketing system and Wiki
  • Participate in rotating on-call duty as part of a 24/7 service model

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge in networking, LAN/WLAN, and operating systems
  • Ideally, practical experience with Extreme Networks and HPE Aruba products
  • Experience with Linux and VMware environments
  • Driving license (at least) class B is required
