Strategic Staffing Solutions customer is looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and helping organizations find the right IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed service solutions. You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and procurement specialists to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving ambitious sales targets.


What you'll do

  • Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Consult clients on IT solutions and recommend products and services that address their business needs.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, pre-sales engineers, and procurement teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Participate in public procurement and tender processes.
  • Monitor contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand customer accounts.
  • Track customer orders, deliveries, invoicing, and payment status.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer experience, and service offerings.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor certifications.


What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple sales opportunities while working collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and managing customer accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of business software and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Latvian and good English communication skills; Russian is considered an advantage.
  • Higher education is preferred.
